Formerly Eau Tour. Future Milton’s. From @localfoodsgroup, coming late summer 2024!
You see how we organize our tools for work? Very demure. Very mindful.
As we inch closer to opening, the tides are turning away from research and development and toward locking recipes in. We can’t wait to serve you late summer!
Swipe ➡️ to see the Court Bouillon bath where Chef Kent will poach octopus for carpaccio.
Can you spot the difference? 🔎 Slowly but surely, Milton’s begins to show its personality.
The mood at Milton’s right now 📚
What does the Milton’s walk-in cooler currently house?
There are still some quiet moments to be found in the dining room as we prepare the Milton’s space, but the kitchen is quite a different scene. Energy, creativity, and cooking are happening. is the spot to get a preview Wednesday - Saturday 🥂
From the writers of Eau Tour comes an American comedy-drama Instagram series. Starring an award-winning line-up of chefs and hospitality professionals, the docuseries follows the entertaining, sometimes chaotic remodeling and reconcepting of a restaurant in just a few months’ time. The grand finale brings the reveal of the highly-anticipated new restaurant, Milton’s.
Tune in all summer long on Instagram!
Exceptionnelle; it’s the best word we have to describe the adventures we’ve had together so far. More good times are ahead with the coming of Milton’s in late summer, starting with a change in the name of this account in a few days. Keep your eyes here, and come hungry!
Seafood is one of the things we do best. In case you missed the news, our last dinner service is Saturday, June 1st, with one last brunch on Sunday—so catch this dish while you can!
Kissed with fire from our wood-burning Josper Equipos Brasa oven, this snapper comes fresh from our favorite local Blue Horizon Wholesale Seafood & Retail Market, served in a rich, smoky tomato broth topped with olives and herbs.
Friends, on Sunday, June 2nd, we’ll serve our final brunch service before beginning the process to get a makeover and morph into Milton’s, an American trattoria brought to you by the same Local Foods Group team you know and love. In the meantime, let’s keep the good times going—there are dishes to revisit, people to reunite with, and glasses to be raised. Merci, Houston for being with us every step of the way!
The key to finding "some of the best burgers in the city," notes Eater Houston, "is knowing that good burgers can come from unlikely places."
Ours made their bucket list, with two house-ground short rib and duck patties, grilled onions, melty gruyere and special sauce slathered on a house-made brioche bun.
Hint: Score fries and Kronenbourg 1664 lager on the side for the same $18 price during Happy Hour, Tuesday-Saturday from 4-6 p.m.

Meet the man at the helm of our kitchen, Chef Kent Domas. Kent hails from Houston favorites like The Classic, Alice Blue and Bernadine's.
Here, he takes a playful approach to contemporary French cuisine, with a focus on our wood-burning Josper Equipos Brasa oven and fresh seafood sourced less than a mile away.
Houston Chronicle's Alison Cook said he brings "Houston-friendly swagger, and then some" to the French classics.
Get a taste every Tuesday-Saturday from 4-10 — he'll be working his magic behind the scenes.

Made with creamy ricotta, truffle gouda and parm, roasted mushrooms and a little bit of love from Head Chef Kent Domas and topped with a rich, silky meurette, our Ravioles Du Dauphine is already a guest favorite.
