Tips Tuesday: If you or a loved one have been bitten by a dog, be sure to report the dog-bite to the authorities. Local authorities keep records of a dog's previous dog-bites and that information can help a victim prove that a dog has a dangerous propensity for violence.

Tips Tuesday! A picture is worth a thousand words. Take photos of the accident scene because the photos can significantly improve the value of your claim. If you are too seriously injured to take a photo, be sure to retain an attorney as soon as possible because the attorney or an investigator can go to the accident scene to take photographs and gather other evidence.
