I'm Elizabeth Crocker, retired theatre teacher, photographer, wife & mom. I love taking pictures!
A few senior pictures, getting them done in phases whenever I can grab a few minutes with my son. This time I grabbed him to shoot a few after having photographed his friend, Christian, at their school theatre. Christian plays the viola, my son does theatre.
Prom season!!!
More from the gorgeous Talia as we shot her senior photos...but wait! There's more! Stay tuned for Prom photos! She was my son's date!
I loved loved LOVED photographing this beauty, completely in her element! These are just some of Talia, I’ll share more later.
What a gorgeous young woman! Headshots for an upcoming audition were so easy with this talented actress and singer! Break a leg, Mary Hellen!
Well, after over 50 years in Texas, I’m still finding places that I’ve never heard of! I got to shoot a wedding in Bedias, Texas. The last 8 miles getting there was dirt road, and I wasn’t even 2 hours outside of Houston! How have I never heard of this place?! It was a beautiful day, and I loved shooting this adorable couple’s special day! Congratulations to Kaleigh and a Stevie!
Coming soon… WEDDING PHOTOS!!! Processing hundreds of photos takes weeks, if it’s done with full dedication to each shot. When you question the price of photography, it’s important to understand that you are paying for a job that takes so much more time than just a few hours with the client. Our fees are based on the entire job, from shooting to process and delivery. I love that my clients are entirely from word of mouth, and returning gigs! I strive to make my fees as affordable as possible, breaking it down to an hourly wage that’s comparable to other types of jobs. I also provide ALL the photos that survive processing, as part of that fee, not as a separate purchase. If that sounds good to you, give me a call when you need photos, no matter if it’s a 30 minute headshot session, or a two day wedding event! I’ve got you covered!
LOVED meeting all the family of my “sissy” Carolyn! She’s been wanting a family photo for years, and every one of these people drove long distances (their sweet children driving them) to make this happen. Carolyn was so happy, that at one point she was unable to hold back her emotions, and I caught her crying in a few shots. I say THAT is how to appreciate every moment you get with those you love!!!
Fun afternoon catching up with my sweet friend, and fellow bereaved mom, Shelley. We’ve both found new joys and learned that life really does go on after heartbreak!
It been a short minute, but I’ve been busy, so that’s a good thing! Here are some highlights of a recent shoot I did with a sweet family, and next week I’ll be photographing more of their family! I love how my work comes from word of mouth only, no marketing. Can I support myself on it? NO WAY! I’m retired! I still love capturing moments and making joyful memories for people! This family is an extension of my Cy-Creek HS family. 40+ years later, we are still family! Today I’m going to shoot a wedding! 👏💙🎉
I have reached 700 followers! Thank you for your continued support. I could not have done it without each of you. 🙏🤗🎉 I’ll be sharing highlights from recent work and more, very soon!
I had so much fun doing this shoot!!! A surprise proposal during a tour of the Astro’s field! I’m so excited for Chris and Kathy!
Got to go back to Spring HS to photograph their theatre students for their headshots again this year! Actors are so fun to photograph!
I had a blast photographing this sweet senior! Getting in some headshots for theatre, as well as kicking off senior year with some fun portraits!
Happy July!!! I’m scheduling specially discounted mini-sessions, for the evenings this week only! 30 minute time slots, $50. You get all the shots that survive processing included! I’ll be shooting in Old Town Spring, from 6:30-8:30 pm, so book your spot now! Text or call 281-923-5196 to schedule.
Had another great (and hot) afternoon, shooting Stetson at The Rustic again, this time on Father’s Day. Nick joined me, it was a fun “day date”.
I had such a great time shooting head shots for this young man! Josh is an extremely talented actor, and I have had the pleasure of photographing him for years. He’s also a former theater student of mine, so I’m extra proud of him!
Happy Beltane!!!

Such a gorgeous afternoon, photographing this sweet birthday girl!
Fun show at Klein Collins HS! Sister Act has two more shows. This weekend, anyone in the Houston area should check out the talent! 7pm.
Texas Sundown Band, at The Rustic, in Houston. They say they are country, and they are, but they are also blues-country, and rock-country, and I did NOT get enough of them! So fun to shoot a show like this! Texas Sundown Band The Rustic - Houston
Take a look at the stars of tomorrow! The Klein Collins theatre students are amazing! Get ready to see them in Sister Act in late January! Headshots of the entire company.
Years, and countless weddings, have passed for me as a photographer. They are ALWAYS beautiful, emotional, and highly celebrated. What is even more amazing, exciting, and oh so rare, is a 50th wedding anniversary. They are truly special. Most of the couple’s family and friends are gone, or can’t join the celebration, and it’s more of a respectful honor, celebrated by the younger generations, to the incredible accomplishment of making it 50 years together. I’ve only photographed two of these golden celebrations, which in itself is a testimony to how rare and special they are! Congrats to the Traylors, for making it to 50 years together! May y’all have many more!
Such a fun time shooting Santa!🤣🤣🤣 Seriously, though, I really enjoyed shooting this event at Grace Houston Church! Such awesome people! I also got to make LOTS of cookies for their Bakery Booth. 💙👏
I’ve been so blessed to have this woman and her family in my life on so many levels! my old job gave me friendships that go way beyond the schoolyard, and I treasure the continued support! Congrats, Jennifer, on this great accomplishment!
Gender Reveal!!! It was a beautiful day to be out in the country! Owner Julianna Wathen created a sweet party! Congrats to the blessed couple!
I LOVE it when my clients return for more! I've had the joy of photographing the Beets family for well over a decade. I first captured them when the twins were newly delivered, then again as they began running around full of discovery with their big sis being the amazing big sis that she is, and it seems as if no time has passed, until you see what beautiful young women all three girls have grown into! I love making memories with people!
Take advantage of the holiday time to get those group photos while everyone is together!

At Rice, there is no "what if" that can't become "what is." It just takes some radical thinking to get there. It takes unconventional wisdom.
