We have some fun events happening this week to kick off the month of November starting tonight with Trivia with Geeks Who Drink - Houston and Nerdy Karaoke with DJ Re:Quest this Saturday!

It's November!
The time of year where we gear up for the holidays and it gets dark at 5pm. As you walk out to your car after work in the darkness and it feels like 11pm instead of 5pm....it feels almost like an episode of Supernatural.
Comparing Supernatural to a November night feels just right—it’s dark, chilly, and full of mystery, with long shadows and crisp air that make you feel like something could be lurking just beyond the trees. (Ok....It's Houston so it's not so chilly or crisp but just go with it...)
Like November, it’s a time when the warmth of family feels especially poignant as the cold sets in, making you crave closeness even more.
A November night feels steeped in suspense and nostalgia, much like the way Sam and Dean’s journey reminds us of our own fears, struggles, and the powerful bonds that keep us going even when everything seems uncertain.
So what does this have to do with The Tabletop Tavern??
Our Brewery Of The Month for November happens to be Family Business Beer Company ! A brewery started by none other than Mr. Jensen Ackles, who plays Dean Wi******er in Supernatural, himself!
As always we will have $5 drafts and $1 off bottles and cans of their beers. Right now we have Golden Age Pilsner on tap and cans of Cosmic Cowboy IPA and Hamilton Pale American Pale Ale available.

Just a quick reminder that we will be having our regularly scheduled events, however we will be closing early the day before Thanksgiving and be closed on Thanksgiving Day.

Last nights karaoke was a smash hit!!! But the weekend fun isn’t over, tonight at 6 in The Tabletop Tavern at Dragon's Lair Houston North I’ll be there hosting bingo night!! It’s gonna be fun as always, come in costume and I’ll give you some candy

We have the perfect beer on tap as we squeeze every last drop out of summer before school starts!

Rocket Pop Gose from our Brewery of the Month Urban South Brewery is a fruited sour gose with flavors of blue raspberry, cherry and lime.

Their website says it pairs well with Adirondack chairs, fireworks, and barbeques - but in our case it pairs well with trivia, karaoke and burgers!

As always we will have their products on special all month long!

It's as normal as it's gonna get tonight!

ATTENTION DRAGON'S LAIR FRIENDS & FAMILY:
Due to incoming weather we will be closing the shop early tonight at 8pm and plan to stay closed tomorrow, Monday, July 8th

PLEASE NOTE:
If you are signed up for our D&D camp that was to begin tomorrow - we will be holding the camp Tues-Friday provided we have power, etc.
We will be giving a discount for the missed day.
