The Amish Craftsman is a family-owned retail store selling solid wood, made-to-order custom furniture from Amish builders with family businesses of their own. Their furniture is never mass-produced or assembled in a factory. In 2001, owners Kim and Steve Murphy’s Houston home – and everything in it – was destroyed by a tropical storm and flood.
