One of our favorite Fall flavors is making a came back, just in time for spooky season: Sweet potatoes and cinnamon! Find it today at our East Austin location!
Roasted banana and Rum.
Black Fig Sorbet. Available today at our S 1st location only!
Perfect combo for this 100+ F weather: pineapple sorbet and golden kiwi sorbet.
Pecan and honey. Do you know why it is hard to find pecan flavors at other gelato shops? Because most places buy premade nut pastes from their distributor and the most common nuts are pistachios and hazelnuts. Since we do all our butters in house, we can start from any type of nuts and make a smooth paste using our stone mill. It doesn’t make our life easier, but it opens up a completely new world in terms of flavor options!
Did you miss our gelato sandwiches? They are back this weekend!!! Stracciatella gelato in between two chocolate shortbread cookies or salted caramel between regular shortbread cookies at our Austin locations and coffee between shortbread cookies at our Houston location. Limited quantities!
…and today we craved our organic pistachio as gelato on a stick. Available at S 1st only!
Happy ! Today, you can call it ice cream instead of gelato and we won’t be too mad about it 😜 featured flavors: stracciatella and custard with sour cherries.
HOUSTON, our power is back! We are open regular hours and ready to scoop some awesome flavors!
Happy 4th! We are open regular hours at all locations today!
Excited to have one of our favorite stone fruits back! Plumcot, a plum- apricot hybrid. If you love tart flavors, this one is up your alley (and it looks amazing). Find it today at and it Austin shops!
NEW COLLABORATION FLAVOR! Olive oil gelato, made with olive oil gelato. Find it at our Austin and Houston shops in the next days!
Brown butter and sage.
Egg custard and roasted raspberries. Today at our Saltillo location.
Must have on a 3-day weekend: Cream and roasted strawberries.
HOUSTON…. WE ARE BACK!!!!
Stop by for a cone or cup, espresso, or affogato.
See you all soon!
Sorbet type of day: Blueberry, Lime and Basil on top, Pineapple at the bottom.
Is breakfast the most important meal of the day? While we can have an open debate on this, no one will object that this corn flakes gelato flavor is just delicious! We let the corn flakes soak in milk overnight, and add a corn flakes crunch for texture. Stop by our Austin shops to try some! (In Houston this weekend).
