Kettle bell flow: deadlift, swing, clean, sn**ch.
Swing, clean, reverse lunge, squat, press then repeat on opposite leg. Declining sets: 10,8,6,4,2 with one to two min rest in between sets.

Kettle bell workout I put Ryan through yesterday to help him get ready for his upcoming super fight . Alternating swing, clean, reverse lunge, squat, press.
My client called me last week thrilled that he is down almost three sizes in his work uniform. He’s holding up his old 6X uniform here and now is almost down to a 3x! It’s been awesome to see him make so many great changes in his life and fitting into smaller clothing is just one of the many.

Today I had a couple private lessons with kids & teenagers. We took a short clip from our lesson today working on the mounted arm bar. I enjoy teaching kids, the challenge of keeping their attention, and making jiu jitsu fun for them.
