Is not anniversary week, is not our anniversary today….. just a little reminder to you that we have been in the same location for 21 years.

When our bakery was started the goal was to have a cupcake store, retail for the people in the neighborhood!!! As we grew the goals have changed.

We are now and have been for years a full wedding and special occasion bakery. Our goal in production has changed but the love and the passion that goes into every cake we make still the same or greater than when we started.

Many things have come our way but we continue to navigate a grow with change.

We celebrate this blessing everyday!! We thank you for trusting us and for including us in your special occasion!!!

The cake is a reflection of the union of the couple!! Here in Texas we are lucky to have the traditions of both a wedding cake and a groom’s cake.

For this couple, the design during the consultation was all about colors, butterflies and a crawfish pot!!!

Congratulations!!

Where do you get your inspiration for the wedding cake?

The wedding cake is not only for the cake cutting ceremony and for the bride and groom to share with their guest, but it is also part of the wedding decor at the reception place.

This cake is inspired by the season, flowers, dragonflies, butterflies all done in fondant.

Staying with the one tone, the fondant textures bring out all the detail of the cake!

My family also came to the United States in the summer of 1981. Each of my family members leaving behind what we were used to, to be part of this Dream.

We were lucky that we came is as US Residents, we flew in PanAm and landed in New York!!!
