The large grey button has some damage - it does not have the joystick so it may need to be replaced in order to have full control. All other buttons function as intended. Printer also works. The view inside the camera chamber is clear for patient to be able to read, and it changes as the vision test settings are changed by the operator.
Note on the video: The screen looks clear to the naked eye, lines seen on video is due to the movement of frames per second.
