Check out the newly updated Wood Park Concert Schedule. There have been some minor changes, but we hope to see you at one or all of these wonderful musical events.

Swimming in not only fun but it is an essential skill to learn. Drowning is the #1 cause of death in children 1-5 years old and the #2 cause of death for children 5-14 years old.
Does your child already know how to swim? Great but, you can always become a better, stronger swimmer. Sign up now to teach your child the importance of water safety and safe swimming as well as build up their skills. Classes start July 15th.

Riverside Park Playground is OFFICIALLY OPEN!!!

Unfortunately, due to an unforeseen circumstance involving band members, tonight's Wood Park Concert, scheduled to feature The Elastic Five has been cancelled. Rescheduling information is not available at this time.

Tomorrow night swing by Wood Park and catch the second concert of the season! We are excited to have The Elastic Five perform under the half shell at 6:30pm.

This event is sponsored by Hudson Recreation and the Hudson Cultural Council.

Tomorrow morning, June 26th, we kick off our Summer Kids' Performance Series at Cellucci Park with an appearance by Fran Flynn, Magician Extraordinaire. Join us for what will be a truly magical performance. Cellucci Park is located at the corner of Houghton and South Street. Show time is 10:30am!

Kick off the Summer Concert Series at Wood Park with us this Wednesday at 6:30pm. The band Vinyl Fix will be rocking the best of the 70's, 80's and beyond! Bring your chairs or blankets, take up a spot in Wood Park and enjoy the tunes. This event is free and sponsored in part by the Hudson Cultural Council.

The Cellucci Park Splash Pad will officially open TOMORROW at Hudson Fest!!! Stop by, cool off, and enjoy this gem for the rest of the summer between the hours of 9am and 7pm 7 days a week.

Let's make a splash this summer!! Registration for Centennial Beach swim lessons open on Monday at 10am! These classes can fill up quick so make sure to get your little one (or big one) signed up ASAP! We are excited to foster a love for the water starting as early at 4 years old. Today, April 24th, Hudson Fire and the Massachusetts District 14 Dive team with be conducting all-day training at Centennial Beach. You may notice increased emergency vehicles in and around the area. Again, this is a scheduled TRAINING event. We ask the public stay off the beach while the training is taking place. And while the gates to the beach will be open, the parking lot remains closed. Thank you for your cooperation.

While we are still working through the final details of summer programs, we can provide this brief overview of the programs we will be offering. More information will be announced over the coming weeks.

A sure sign of spring! Pickleball nets have returned to the Riverside Tennis Courts. Courts are open to the public. Must bring your own equipment.

The Hudson Community Garden’s 2024 growing season will be starting soon! Join this established, volunteer-run garden to grow your own food and flowers, meet new people, and maybe learn new gardening tips!

All skill levels and ages are welcome to join!

The garden is located next to the Portuguese Club on Port St. and is open to Hudson, MA residents.

Don’t wait! Plots are filling up fast!

Registration for our Spring 2024 Women's Softball teams will open on February 28th at 10:00am.

The league will play Sunday evenings from April 28 - June 9th with games times at either 4:30pm or 6:00pm at possible locations in Grafton, Hudson, Northborough, Southborough and Westborough.

Registration is now open for Unified Noodleball. Unified is a collaborative team sport comprised of Players, who may or may not have developmental challenges, and Partners, who are there to assist Players as needed.

What is Noodleball? Noodleball is a team game similar to deck hockey except that it is played with pool noodles and a soft 5" ball. The program is designed to offer all children a skill-based, competitive team sport plus an interactive social learning experience. It is open to children/young adults. Equipment is provided--all you need to bring are sneakers, play clothes, and enthusiasm.

The program will take place on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 6:00pm-7:15pm at the Quinn Middle School, starting March 7th and ending April 11th.
