Calling all H-Town sleuths. We are posting this image in hopes maybe someone recognizes the clothing of the person or persons in the image. We want to speak to them in regards to a breaking and entering that occurred at about 2am into an industrial type building recently. It appears it may involve juveniles as building video surveillance captured them taking 'selfies' while inside - which means they probably posted these selfies on social media. Give us a call if you have any information, you can remain anonymous. 978-562-7122.
Thanks to the Middlesex Sheriff's Office and the YPSA24 for spending some time today with us and our partners at Hudson Firefighters Local 1713!
We will be offering a RAD women’s self defense class in August. This is a great opportunity before school starts back for college and high school. There is NO cost for this class.

HUDSON — Chief Richard P. DiPersio and the Community Action Team of the Hudson Police Department invite community members to attend the Department’s free National Night Out event next week.
WHEN:
Tuesday, Aug. 6, from 5-8 p.m.
WHERE:
Hudson High School (Guidotti Field). 69 Brigham St, Hudson, MA

National Night Out is held annually on the first Tuesday in August. It is a nationwide campaign designed to strengthen the relationship between public safety officials and residents to foster community partnerships and improve safety in neighborhoods.
This year marks the 41st anniversary of National Night Out.

"National Night Out is a terrific way for every Hudson resident to get to know their local police officers," Chief DiPersio said. "We may wear a uniform and drive around in specialized vehicles, but we're just like you: so, come down, and say hello."

That’s a wrap for the second week of our Youth Academy. This was one of the hottest weeks we’ve had but these amazing kids worked hard everyday and accomplished many things. Today the class ran together to Trooper Clardy Massachusetts State Police grave and salute him. A special thanks to Massachusetts National Guard — The Nation's First for bringing their obstacle course for the class. We also want to thank members of our department who are on the CEMLEC SWAT TEAM who put on a demonstration. They then had a Drone demonstration by Officer Rahn who is one of the department’s Drone operators. The class then had scenario based training with Officer Doran where they had to respond to calls 💪. In the afternoon the class conducted a mock trial and finished the day with a fun game of dodgeball! Graduation is tomorrow!
Day 3 of the Youth Academy was a hot one! Early morning run followed by a class with Sense Doug from Rising Sun Martial Arts Center who has been donating his time for the last 18 years! Please remember that all amateur fireworks are illegal in Massachusetts. The use of illegal fireworks not only creates a serious risk of fire or injury but can also cause serious problems for people with PTSD, small children, and/or pets. We ask that while you celebrate today, please respect the laws of Massachusetts and the well-being of our community. There are many professional fireworks displays scheduled around our area for your enjoyment. A list of Massachusetts fireworks displays can be found at:

Recently Chief DiPersio and Ofc. LaFlamme attended a virtual dementia tour at the Artisan at Hudson presented by Second Wind Dreams. The immersive tour simulates what someone living with dementia hears, feels, and sees, while learning about the physical and mental challenges those living with dementia truly face and gain practical ways to provide support.
Day 5 of our Youth Academy began with a class run to Trooper Thomas Clardy's grave, where we saluted him for giving the ultimate sacrifice. They then had a class on fi****ms safety and went to the range and used simunition rounds.
