Grayson Rehabilitation & Health Center has achieved a Five-Star Overall & Quality Measures rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), indicating above-average quality in its services. As part of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, CMS is responsible for quality standards in long-term care centers through its survey and certification process; it gives each nursing home a rating of between one and five stars. Centers with five stars are considered to have above-average quality.
