Staff Spotlight! You may have seen Miranda working away in the kitchen. She began as an apprentice baker in May 2022 and was only planning on staying for the summer. She now serves as Sous Chef! Her favorite product is our Pretzel Rolls. We’re blessed to have her on the L’Etoile team!

The storms were intense last night - we are thankful that we are safe, have power and are open today!

Couldn’t come all the way to Paris and not stop at the oldest patisserie in town! The pastries were not only beautiful but tasted heavenly.

Today we had the opportunity to try a Cramique from Aux Merveilleux de Fred thanks to our awesome tour guide ! Marvelous indeed!

Stopped by St. John Bakery in Neal’s Yard and finally tried an Eccles Cake today. This flaky pastry filled with currants was worth the wait!

Blessed to spend this week in Washington DC with some of your favorite baristas! Our church’s high school choir is spending spring break on choir tour singing and serving in our nation’s capital. These kids are awesome! ⭐️

Well, we tried. Road conditions continue to be a challenge, so we were unable to get to the shop to do prep today. Closed Saturday, 20 January. Opening at 7 am, Tuesday, 23 January.

After a long week, we are excited to be open on Saturday!
