New Scam Alert: If you have been in an accident and receive a call from someone claiming to be with the insurance company and (1) urging you to get medical care so that they can pay you more money, (2) then referring you to a chiropractor and (3) paying for an UBER to transport you for medical or chiropractic care - Do Not Go!!! I have been representing accident and injury victims for more than thirty (30) years and this is the newest form of ambulance chasing that I have seen. I have nothing against chiropractic medicine, in fact I obtained regular treatments until my chiropractor retired recently. This is not practicing medicine and I am sure there is a lawyer referral awaiting the client when they arrive for treatment or they may just be attempting to get the client's auto insurance medical payments.
