We are incredibly thankful for all of our Clients placing their trust in us to make their home what they have dreamed it to be. We have an amazing team of people (more like an army) that make it happen. Everyone on our team has a factor in making these homes what they become. They work hard day and night. So much happens behind the scenes. To all of those mentioned above, may you enjoy this Christmas Day and the Holiday Season, and the time spent with your friends or family.

Move-in day yesterday....one of our favorite days for us and our Clients.

Custom walk in pantry:
We knew it would be a short ceiling height under most of the stairway, but they didn’t want to waste that typical ‘dead space.’ Here are pictures of the space framed and drywalled. I agree, why would you waste this space? We work with each of our clients to meet their desires regardless of how unique they may be to help them accomplish their dream space. When you are building what is likely your most costly investment why would you settle for any less.

Not one but two groundbreaking photo shoots in what might become a new tradition for our homeowners. One of our future homeowners saw the gold shovels at our office, commonly used for commercial building groundbreaking events, and asked when their groundbreaking photo shoot would be. I thought it was a great idea.

This is a custom home in the framing stage in Clifts Cove. It’s a huge team effort to do what we do. I was commended on my work, but it’s not just me. It’s literally over a thousand people on every home. Some of them never step foot on the home site: they do back office work, logistics, scheduling, accounting, and other tasks. All of them come together to make this a home. I am grateful for my team. Together we build good stuff.

I don’t know about you, but I am just drawn to the details of Italianate architectural design. This one is beginning to take shape. Check out those molded foam brackets on the porch. The Tower will also get the brackets. I love this business.

We love the smell of concrete in the morning.

One of our favorite days is the day we finish a house and get to hand it over to the new Owner. First picture was Jan 31. The other is today.
