Alicia has over thirty-three years of experience in property management and real estate accounting and joined the Triad team in 2014.

Alicia supports our local community by delivering Meals on Wheels and hosting the annual Blood Drive for LifeSouth Community Blood Centers. She also is the founding president of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC).

Alicia happily lives in Huntsville with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis and gardening.

Joe Moseley, Principal

Joe Moseley is responsible for managing and overseeing the local, regional, and national operations of Triad Properties. These responsibilities include project and development management, financial management, contract negotiation, lease administration, property management, cost control, income tax planning and review, and more. Joe has been responsible for the external and tax reporting related to more than 200 partnership entities and multiple operating companies throughout the Southeast. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant and resides in Huntsville, Alabama with his wife and children.

Making connections with each of his clients is something Jim Kaplan is deeply devoted to. In addition to his refreshing disposition, Jim has over 20 years of experience handling all facets of commercial real estate including warehouse/distribution, office, retail, land, and investment properties including 1031 tax exchange transactions.
