**Lost Kitten from Walnut Circle**

Good Morning Redstone Residents,

We just wanted to let everyone know that there is a lost kitten that has been spotted near one of the storm drains on Walnut Circle in the Columbia Center neighborhood. (See Picture Attached and Below) The last sighting of this kitten was 2 nights ago but the resident that told us about this kitten was not able to capture it. If anyone knows the whereabouts of this kitten’s owner please feel free to let us know or if anyone can capture the kitten and take it to a non-kill shelter we would greatly appreciate it.

80 years ago today, Allied Forces launched a daring operation that changed the course of WWII. We remember the bravery of those who fought for freedom!

The Hunt Military Communities Foundation has announced the winners of the annual Hunt Military Communities Foundation Scholarship for active-duty military members or their dependents!

This year, HMCF committed $75,000 to give to deserving students seeking ongoing educational opportunities. Each of the 28 recipients will receive a grant award, ranging from $1,000 to $5,000, to help alleviate the burden of continuing education costs.

Stop by the Housing Office (302 Hughs Drive) for a splish-splashing good time at our Summer Safety Block Party from 3PM – 5PM on June 21st!

We will have a huge double-sided inflatable Slip n' Slide, water guns, sprayers, temporary tattoos, balloon animals, hot dogs, chips, popcorn, snow cones, drinks, and more!

The Redstone Arsenal Fire Department will also be stopping by with a fire truck for kids to check out, along with other fun vendors who will be in attendance.

Be sure to bring your swimsuit and a towel, as there will be water-themed fun happening all outside.

*For residents of Redstone Family Housing only. To go on the Slip ‘n Slide, you must fill out a liability waiver for yourself or your children upon arrival prior to using the slide.

**Lost Cat named Taquito**

Good Morning Redstone Residents,

One of our residents just let us know that unfortunately their cat Taquito got out last night and they can’t seem to find him anywhere. If you happen to see this cat or are able to catch him please feel free to let us know so that we can contact his owner right away. (See Picture Attached)
