Meet Nora Hickman. 🌟👩🏻‍⚖️⚖️

Nora Hickman earned her law degree from Birmingham School of Law in 2012. Prior to law school, Ms. Hickman received a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Alabama and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Montevallo. Prior to law school, Ms. Hickman served as a community development volunteer with the United States Peace Corps and worked with families in crisis situations and survivors of domestic violence as a social worker. Today, Ms. Hickman focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, child custody and support, and juvenile law. She is a registered Guardian ad Litem and has served in that capacity since 2013. Ms. Hickman’s clients have described her as “no-nonsense”, “extremely intelligent”, and “caring and professional”. In her personal time, Ms. Hickman is active in local community theatre and enjoys performing with Theatre Huntsville, Evil Cheez Productions, and Southern Rogue Theatre Company. She also serves on the Board of Directors for Southern Rogue Theatre Company and Neighborhood Concepts, Inc.
