The best thing I’ve ever done for myself is start training in my 20s. As I enjoy my last few days in my 20s, I am so excited to enter my 30s knowing that the work I’ve put in so far is setting me up for better mobility, flexibility, strength, and so much more 🙌🏾
I know we all want to look great for summer, but remember summer is just a season. Your fitness journey is a lifetime. Train for a healthy heart, great balance, and strong muscles. Your body will thank you later ✨

Lately, my workouts have been really quick, but effective. I try to stick to no more than 5 exercises so I can be in and out of the gym.
Try this workout out on your next leg and core day
✅ Sumo Squat 4 X 12-15
✅ Forward to Reverse Lunge 4 X 6 reps each side
✅Side Plank Rotation 4 X 10 reps each side
✅Side Plank Abduction 4 X 10 reps each side
Complete all exercises with little to no rest in between. Then, rest for 2 minutes.
