A few weekends ago I sold 8 garlic graters! In one day! What's a garlic grater you ask? The rings at the bottom of the dish cut and mince the garlic as you rub the clove back and forth. You can then toss it into your dish you are making and either wash the grater by hand, or stick it in your dishwasher. No more cut knuckles on your metal one? Not anymore! 👌😜 I love to make things that are functional and can be used everyday.

It's a beautiful day for the Farmers Market at today! I'll be here selling pottery from 11-3, there will be live music, more vendors, food trucks, coffee, beer, and so much more! It's a great place to come and just sit outside by the pond and enjoy the outdoors...it's one of my favorite places to be on a weekend 🥰

It's Tuesday! Lots of glazing this week with the help of my paintbrush stealer, glaze water licker, and helper of packaging.

Summer berry bowls in all the bright and beautiful colors! If you eat strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, cherries, grapes..these work as personal colanders for your berries. The holes allow the water to drain as they are being rinsed, and then you can eat them right out of the bowl. 👌🍒👌🍓👌🫐

The cutest butter dish! 😍 I don't make too many things that aren't thrown on the wheel, but when I saw the butter dish template from , it spoke to me.. I'll have 3 available for sale this Saturday at !

Back from the mountains and I've got glazing like a mad woman! There are 120 magnets, 15 berry bowls, 8 mushroom mugs, 4 flower vases, and 7 mountain mugs to be glazed before Thursday.. and we are off to a great start!

A little crochet, a little shooting, some beautiful Boone mountains, and an iced coffee in a mountain mug 🥰

Getting back to all the pottery things after a trip to Blowing Rock with the mother and then a family trip to Hilton Head Island. It's been a great trip and I'm so thankful for the time spent with my family. It's not easy living 700 miles apart and missing a lot of the family functions, but any time is wonderful time. ❤️

and I ended up at this morning to pick out some plants for their new planter homes. 🥰🥰 It's been a great Friday with plants, coffee, and donuts with the mother in-law!

Amazing pinch pots created by 4th & 5th grade students at a local elementary school. Their awesome teacher reads a book called A Single Shard in class, and then each student gets to be a master potter where they create pinch pots and have an opportunity to throw on the pottery wheel. Even though I don't teach public school anymore, I'm still grateful for these opportunities and to be able to show young people the amazing world of pottery. Thank you Ms Little for the opportunity and being an amazing teacher!

My wonderful and amazingly supportive parents came to town to help us celebrate 6 years for and in our free time found some time to do pottery! Potter Deb helped me stamp out over 150 garden markers in two days, learned how to throw on the wheel, and then taught my dad how to throw 🥰🥰 I can't wait to see their finished pieces!

My mom and I stopped by .co today and got the NuttaButta Latter and daanngggg is it delicious! 😋😋

The event tomorrow from 12-7 at has unfortunately been cancelled due to reasons out of their control 😔

From a lump of clay to a finished jelly bean jar - I love ceramics! I can see finished things in my head and sometimes it's just getting them out there that is the challenging part..slowly but surely these came to life.
