This project made this beautiful Fountain Square home a statement property in Woodlawn Ave.

Luxe Lounge | Residential | Fishers, IN | 2024

Our main goal for this luxe lounge was to integrate both of our clients tastes & personalities: chic and rustic.

To achieve this look architect Rou Zuckerman designed a modern chic-rustic space featuring a state-of-the-art tray ceiling using veneered white oak wood with minimalistic vibes located in the center bay.

The center bay fits a custom made dry bar with an exotic Brazilian leathered natural stone countertop.

The entertainment center features a luxury marble stone artisan hand-made panel wall that fits an electric fireplace and a 75” TV, on the sides it holds 8 minimalistic built-ins shelves to showcase artwork, decor & sentimental items.

Underneath the stairs we designed a simple wine cellar sealed with a floor to ceiling triangular tempered glass cut to size, the wine cellar holds up to 28 wine bottles; a small dry bar with a wine fridge in the base and three veneered white oak shelves in the top, a maxi size bar cabinet with brushed brass hardware with a luxury leathered natural stone countertop in a light neutral tone.

The flooring was selected in Barkley, a modern distressed light neutral tone with wide planks and dark neutral seams that evokes a modern farmhouse. The stairs that take you to the main level are carefully curated using a Batique Crushed Pebble designer carpet runner, distressed Barkley flooring in the steps and a dark neutral tone in the risers that matches the accent wall.

This finished space gives you comfort vibes while evoking a simple rustic luxury character with a well thought aesthetic.

Arts & Crafts Studio

The main inspiration of this project are concepts of the Brutalist and Industrial design styles.

We applied these elements in the tile ceramics, floors and black matte accents of barn doors for closets. Utilizing an industrial paint palette with light and dark neutral tones. From the floors to the walls this project it’s full of character and style influenced by European & American timeless trends.

We created a simple and functional space for a highly creative client who uses it to develop designs, paintings, play the cello and to produce all kinds of crafts.

Princely Nursery 🪄

A sophisticated, classic, elegant and simple design was the concept requested by these clients to develop this project for their firstborn baby boy.

We used a modern elegant crib & changing table set by Pottery Barn Kids, a comfortable light oat modern rocking chair, a retro fluffy guest chair on powder blue with brass legs along with a plush luxe rug & hardwood floors, luxurious drapes, three minimalist shelves for classic and sentimental items, automated shades and an oversized balloons style chandelier with milk shades and brushed brass finish complete this princely nursery look!

Industrial Full Bath 🪄

Studying a small space to make it bigger was a challenge. We designed this stunning bathroom with influences from the Industrial, Brutalist and Japandi design styles.

The client's concept was to create a simple, elegant but masculine, vibrant & sexy bathroom. All in one!

We achieved the concept using a blue moody texturized wallpaper in the main walls, contrasting with a cotton white paint color for the secondary walls; three types of stunning concrete tile for the shower walls and floor; complementing the look with a simple tempered shower glass from floor to ceiling, industrial bathroom hardware, a lighted LED mirror with a black matte over the sink double light fixture and Japandi style wall art.
