Nine years ago, Scot got the second chance at life when he received a heart transplant. Of course, all this couldn't have happened without the generosity of an organ donor and his family. They are our heroes. Words cannot express the depth of our gratitude for the incredible gift that was given to us. The selfless decision during such a difficult time saved Scot's life. We continue to honor our donor's memory every day, but particularly on this day, and promise to cherish this precious gift forever.
