The USA swimming trials for the olympics start today and we are so excited. Stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner for a healthy meal before you head to Lucas Oil Stadium to cheer on your favorite swimmer.

It's National Flag Day so we thought we would look at some world flags. We love the flag for the British Indian Ocean Territory and it just makes us want to be on the beach because of the palm tree. What is your favorite flag?

Come on down to the 58th annual Strawberry Festival put on by the Cathedral Woman of Christ Church Cathedral.

It's fresh fruit and vegetable month. We have lots of salads to help you get as many fruits and veggies in one meal as possible. Which one is your favorite?

Fall is upon us... tell me some fall favorites?

We have a brand new specialty sandwich for all of our vegetarian friends, and even those who aren't vegetarians. Its our veggie tuna salad panini with chickpeas, mayo, nori, tahini and mustard. It will have limited availability so come check it out while you can. What other types of sandwiches would you like to see.

We are set up at the Broad Ripple Farmers market today. May is Mental Health Awareness month and this month we have partnered with Recovery Dharma Indiana, a peer led recovery support group. 10% of all our frozen soup sales this month will go directly to Recovery Dharma Indiana.
