Meet the Fujifilm Natura S, a tiny film point and shoot camera that sports an impressive 24mm f/1.9 lens.

The camera was available from 2001-2006 and was only sold in the Japanese market which is why the labels next to the LCD are in Japanese.

Although it has a built-in flash, this camera was specifically designed to shoot in natural light. It has NP mode which allows the camera to automatically turn off the flash and use exposure compensation when using 1600 speed films.

The Leica IIIa sitting nested amongst two of its best Japanese-made clones, the Nicca Type 33 and the Leotax D IV. ��

After Leica hit the market, Japanese camera manufactures were determined to create a domestically made version that they could produce more inexpensively than importing cameras from Germany, particularly during wartime.

They really gained popularity with US soldiers stationed in Japan while Leicas were difficult to get. Both Canon & Nikon have their roots as international names by making Leica clones. Showa Kogaku (Leotax) made their last camera in 1961 (modeled after the Leica M3) and Nicca was acquired with another manufacturer names Yashima, which together became Yashica, who remained a premiere brand into the 70’s.
