Today is the 55th anniversary of the 1969 Stonewall Uprising in New York City and many consider this the defining event that marked the beginning of the gay rights movement in the United States.
But today people are still facing violence and discrimination because of their s*xual orientation and gender identity. Psi Upsilon strives to achieve the highest moral , intellectual and social excellence and it follows that we support all our brothers regardless of s*x, orientation, or gender identity and commit to making sure everyone is heard, respected, and welcomed in our fraternity.
We wish all our LGBTQ+ brothers, friends and families of Psi Upsilon a Happy Pride Month!
Congratulations to the graduates of our Tau Chapter at the University of Pennsylvania!
