Foster Success hears, empowers, and supports teens and young adults transitioning out of foster care.
Foster Success is committed to improving the foster care system and ensuring that teens and young adults transitioning out of foster care are educated, housed, financially stable, employed, and connected to a support system by age 26. Our team accomplishes this through program delivery, policy change, and partnership development in the areas of secondary & post-secondary education, workforce development, health & well-being, financial empowerment, housing stability, and youth engagement.

As we embark on this season of joy and reflection, we are overwhelmed with gratitude for the tremendous impact we've made this year thanks to the Foster Success staff and donors.

Holiday Mode Activated! Our office hours will be closed for festive downtime from December 25th to January 1st. We'll return on January 2nd at 9 am to kick off the new year with renewed energy! If interested in , donations are accepted until December 31 ๐
This year, Foster Success wanted a young person to be the artist behind the work for the annual holiday card. The youth involvement was fantastic! There were many amazing entries. Foster Success young people were sent a link to vote for their favorite.
The winner of the 2023 Foster Success Holiday Card Design Contest is, Lillian H. with her design of, Snowman in the Woods!
Lillian H. has been drawing for 8 years and specializes in both digital and traditional drawing. She was thrilled to have the opportunity to continue her hobby while spreading her passion for art. Lillian H. was inspired to create the Snowman in the Woods design which provides a serene glimpse into the upcoming holiday season!
P.S. A BIG thank you to these awesome volunteers pictured who came out to help sign, stuff, and stamp each card!

The Negrin Family invites you to visit Lexington Ct. to see some fantastic holiday lights, Lights of Hope by the Negrins. Melanie and Sergio Negrin have been lighting up the Zionsville area since 2015! Sergio started the collection of lights back in 1991. This year, you can even write a letter to Santa (or anyone of your choosing) at the Writing Desk Station.

Indiana organization hosts holiday gathering for young adults who transitioned out of foster care Foster Success works with over 1,000 people in Indiana.
Foster Success is recruiting young people for our next Works Wondersยฎ Career Development training! Starting 12/4/23, we will meet with a group of young people who have experienced foster care and want to grow their employment opportunities, discussing everything from defining their personal goals to successfully applying for a job to keeping that job long-term.
The schedule for this program will be: 12/4, 12/5, 12/6, 12/11, 12/12, and 12/13, from 4-6 PM ET, and participants must attend all training sessions to receive a $150 participation stipend. The training will be held on Zoom.
