Meet Abigail Edwards, a New York native and leader. As the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Program Manager at Pacers Sports & Entertainment, she spearheads initiatives to create an inclusive environment across PS&E's brands. Abigail brings a wealth of experience from her previous role with the NCAA and holds a self-designed degree in Race, Health, and Society from Smith College.
Her journey as an immigrant from India fuels her passion for advocating for marginalized communities. She envisions a diverse and accessible Indianapolis, where communities of color are celebrated. Abigail is dedicated to ensuring equitable access and opportunities for all through her involvement with United Way of Central Indiana. Her commitment to inclusivity and love for arts and culture is shaping a brighter future for Indianapolis.

Through signature programs and initiatives, we provide countless opportunities to interact with our city, with each other, and with the organizations that make Indy thrive.
