Joy's House is partnering with American Senior Communities to enhance Caregiver Way, our vital resource for caregivers! 🎉
Launched in September 2024, this collaboration expands access to essential support as we both celebrate 25 years of serving the Indianapolis community in 2025.
With 53 million caregivers nationwide contributing over $600 billion in unpaid care, it’s crucial we provide them with the resources they need. Caregiver Way is more than a website; it’s a hub for Trusted Information, Meaningful Connections, and Self-awareness.
As Stacey Cain, ASC Director of Public Relations, shares, “We are proud to partner with Caregiver Way and recognize the tremendous value this new platform will bring to families.”
Together, we're committed to supporting caregivers every step of the way! ❤️

Introducing the amazing Sarah Waddle, a dedicated advocate for older adults and a cherished part of our Joy's House family! Her journey with us began through her incredible work with AARP Indiana, where she has been advocating for the 50+ and their families for almost 20 years.
How did you first get involved with Joy’s House?
“Joy’s House has always been a standout partner in my work at AARP Indiana. Together, we’ve hosted events, advocated for improved services for caregivers, and had a lot of fun along the way! When I was invited to join the board, it was an easy yes!”
Why do you support our mission?
“I support the Joy’s House mission because it’s more than just a mission – it’s a way of life! The way Joy’s House provides both adult day services and support for family caregivers is a giant warm hug that many caregivers didn’t know they needed. This type of service should be the norm, and Joy’s House lives it every day.”
What brings you joy?
“Sunshine, community, live music, kindness, and making aging easier for everyone.”
Your passion for advocacy and dedication to improving the lives of older adults and their caregivers are truly inspiring. We are beyond grateful to you! 💙
