Sunday kicks off our 10-week reflection of the Yamas and Niyamas at Mixed-Level Yoga. Each week we will focus on one of 10 guiding principles through movement and meditation.

- Feb. 12: Ahimsa (non-harming or non-violence in thought, word and deed)
- Feb. 19: Satya (truthfulness)
- Feb. 26: Asteya (non-stealing)
- March 5: Brahmacharya (right use of energy)
- March 12: Aparigraha (non-greed)
- March 19: Saucha (cleanliness)
- March 26: Santosha (contentment)
- April 2: Tapas (discipline)
- April 9: Svadhyaya (study of the self and of the texts)
