Our cancellation policy ensures our staff are fairly compensated for their time and expertise. By providing advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, you allow us to fill your appointment slot, maintain our team’s productivity, income and enables us to provide the best service to our guests. Recently, we have experienced a significant increase in no-shows, which impacts our ability to serve other clients and affects our team’s livelihoods. While we regret any inconvenience, these measures are essential to sustain our business and support our staff. Thank you for your cooperation and we appreciate you! 🤍

**24-Hour Cancellation Policy:** To best accommodate all our clients, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This notice allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another client. Please be aware that if we are unable to fill the appointment, a 50% charge may apply. Providing us as much notice as possible allows more time for us to fill the time slot and prevent being charged for the appointment.

**No-Show Policy:** no-shows do result in a 100% appointment fee. Frequent no-shows may affect future bookings.
