It's Back-to-School Season and instead of posting pictures of our cute little kids, we wanted to share our newly completed project where your future doctors will attend!

We recently completed construction on two classrooms for Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, CA. Construction scope included creating 2 new larger classrooms, new storefront doors, upgraded lighting, new HVAC and all new finishes to brighten up the spaces.

WE’RE BACK!!!

JSB was awarded the Chapman Pralle Window & Stucco Phase 2 scope of work at Chapman University.

We got to work immediately once students vacated their dorm rooms; one month later and right on schedule, we just completed demolition, we finished wood framing replacement and we started installing windows.

Superintendent Jason Sanabria is working daily with our subcontractors to work clean and safe while performing the majority of our work of off the exterior scaffolding.

Crane lift complete! Thank you to our Super Sal, and subcontractors AMS and Sunwest Electric for ensuring a safe, efficient, and successful crane lift.

Last Thursday we sent our Sr. PM, Prankster Major, Tom Haney off with a bang🎳 into his retirement. Tom had a 40+ year career in the construction industry, even working alongside our Principal, Sheryl, when she was starting out in construction. We’re building up women for International Women’s Day👷‍♀️

Thank you to the women of JSB, who’ve built not only beautiful projects but amazing teams that keep us moving upwards and onwards.

JSB Builders recently completed a restroom renovation at UC Irvine’s Aldrich Hall where we demolished the existing men’s and women’s restrooms and an existing kitchen area to create a large gender-neutral restroom with six individual stalls as well as a single gender neutral stand-alone auxiliary restroom. The scope of work included a new bottle filling station at the exterior of the restrooms, new tile, fresh paint, full length doors, coved lighting, and an upgraded HVAC system.

JSB Builders recently completed another successful crane pick for one of our pharmaceutical clients. Careful planning, coordination and ex*****on all played a crucial role in ensuring a successful lift. Our Subcontractor, ACCO Engineered Systems executed the lift perfectly as planned. Great job team!🥳
