Dear UCI Students in Student Housing and ACC Properties:
We are aware of the delays occurring in Financial Aid and are writing to let you know that Student Housing, including our partners in American Campus Community, is working closely with the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships (OFAS) to ensure that students are not impacted by late fees or dropped from their housing. We know that you rely on your financial aid to cover your living expenses and these delays are a cause for concern. Please be assured that our teams are working diligently to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Due to the number of inquiries we are receiving, OFAS and our student housing offices may not be able to respond immediately to your calls and emails. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Sincerely,
Student Affairs
