M.U.J.E.R.(Mujeres Unidas por Justicia,Educación y Revolución) is a womyn's support group and political action organization that provides support and advocacy for Chicana/Latina womyn and promotes cultural and gender awareness on campus and in the community.

Our Story
M.U.J.E.R. (Generos Marginados Unides por Justicia, Educación y Revolución/Marginalized Genders United for Justice, Education, and Revolution) is a Latinx woman, woman-aligned, and non-binary support group and political action organization at UCSB that empowers youth in the Santa Barbara community. We fiercely advocate for students of marginalized genders through community outreach and education. We strive to provide a safe space on campus to promote Latinx cultural and gender awareness in its multiple complex formations with an acknowledgment of race and class disparities across the Latin American diaspora. We seek to combat the current and historical inequities that impact our youth in the education system through radical visions of healing, solidarity, and the eradication of gender violence.
