Join us for a dialogue + discussion about sexual trauma and a presentation providing helpful resources at UCSB and Santa Barbara for SA survivors. Free food will be provided 🍩🤍

Happy week 5, ! 🌈 Can you believe it’s halfway through the quarter already? As fall draws to a close, we’d like to head what you all think about us as a commission and our general campus climate for LGBTQ+ folk. We want to hear feedback from a wide range of people to make our school a better place! Come to our first quarterly town hall next Thursday, November 9th from 6-7 P.M. at the Multicultural Center (MCC) Lounge! THREE lucky guests will win a FREE mapache plushie from the A.S. ticket office. Scan the pre-attendee survey to be considered and make your voice heard!

New day, new spotlight! As we begin planning for fall quarter, we wanted to give faces to names and celebrate the members at TQCOMM who made events like Pride Week 2023 and QTOPIA (IV’s first pride celebration in over a decade!) possible for the community. 🌈🌈
This post highlights our amazing 2022-23 TQC vice co-chair 💜 Our vice co-chairs are mainly responsible for serving as co-chairs of the pride committee and stepping up to assume responsibilities when co-chairs are absent.

Slide 2 celebrates Eleanor Khan (they/them) who’s now been on our board for a year and became vice co-chair during last winter quarter! They are currently enjoying a quarter abroad ✈️ Eleanor is a Gemini sun, aries moon, scorpio rising, and they love their grapefruits! 🍊 (no grapefruit emoji 😠)
