Meet the Team!

A little about our incredible director:

Bella (She/Her) has been singing since she was young, but she only really started doing musical theater in high school here in Santa Barbara. It was in high school that she began directing in a student-run musical theater showcase for two consecutive years.
Bella loves that Shrunken Heads is a place created for students by students, and that it allows them to show off their talents in any way shape or form simply because they love to do it!
Because Sara Bareilles uses her musical theater, pop, rock, and indie inspired music as a medium through which to share truths about love friendship, loss, and life, Bella sees Sugar, Butter, Broadway as a perfect opportunity to showcase the multiple ranges of performers involved in this wonderful club.
If you want to enjoy some lovely singers, experience live music, and/or if you simply want a break from studying Sugar, Butter, Broadway is the show for you!

Featuring songs from Waitress, Jesus Christ Superstar, Glee, and the wonderful discography of Sara Bareilles we promise you’ll have a pretty sweet time 🥧❤️
