APRICOT PORK SHOULDER- Slow braised Carlton pork shoulder in a rich apricot sauce with kale & caramelized onions over mashed potatoes (GF | DF available upon request)

OKTOBERFEST SPECIAL- Caraway sausage patties served with a German-style potato salad, greens, pickled shallots, and a side of dijon (GF | DF)

We collaborated with one of our new amazing partners and one of the coolest breweries around, by creating an Oktoberfest Beer Dinner β€” a six-course dinner paired with specialty beers from Stoup!!

Believe it or not, the simple act of eating food can be a complicated thing.

Does it really matter what we consume? Should food be a source of pleasure for the palate, or is it merely fuel for the physical body?

Pop Tarts may taste good, but should we eat them? What about Rice Cakes? They taste like nothing, but do we really want a diet like that? Is blandness the only cure for unhealthy indulgence?
