APRICOT PORK SHOULDER- Slow braised Carlton pork shoulder in a rich apricot sauce with kale & caramelized onions over mashed potatoes (GF | DF available upon request)
OKTOBERFEST SPECIAL- Caraway sausage patties served with a German-style potato salad, greens, pickled shallots, and a side of dijon (GF | DF)

We collaborated with one of our new amazing partners and one of the coolest breweries around, by creating an Oktoberfest Beer Dinner β a six-course dinner paired with specialty beers from Stoup!!
