Tomorrow starts off this weeks’ opening. We’ll be serving up pastries, sandwiches, bevies and wine this Thurs, Fri, Sat and Sun starting at 10a. Stay tuned - café opening is getting closer! And outdoor patio starts next week! 🌞
So this happened last night… Opening this week on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 10am. Opening next week Wed - Sunday at 10am.

OUR NEW HOME!
We’re MOVING! We are thrilled to announce our relocation to an inviting new space in Gilman Village, Issaquah, WA. Housed in a quaint, historic building, Crumble & Flake will seamlessly blend in with the other shops and restaurants that make up the charming Gilman Village community. In preparation for this exciting transition, the house has undergone a transformation, featuring new furniture, equipment, and an entirely revamped café menu. The new Crumble & Flake aims to be more than just a café; it will offer a delightful blend of traditional French pastries and a café experience like no other.
Blackberries, fig jam, and pistachios all together on top of crispy puff pastry. Come on down and check ‘em out! Plus today’s quiche is roasted tomatoes, corn, bacon, + chives. Yummm!

Caramel Apple Tartlettes!The perfect amount of apples cooked with brown butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla bean, all layered up in its caramelly goodness on top of crispy sweet puff pastry. Oh, the joys and smells of fall. A very happy and delectable start to October!
