Cortello is hiring one dynamic, smart, outgoing, passionate, independent, and effective individual to join our team in a part-time position.

This individual is a fun, hard-working, motivated and business minded. With an A++ team player attitude, they are resourceful and efficient with their work and responsibilities.

This individual communcates verbally and in writing with ease and joy. They love to stay busy, and have a high standard of what an above and beyond guest experience should look and feel like. They believe change is essential to growth and embrace and lead change with positivity and a smile.

Work schedule shift needs
- Tues and Wed, 12 or 1pm - 8:30pm
- Thursday either 10 - 7 or 12 - 8pm

- Other shifts and times during the week and weekend are available and flexible.


Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Communicate with clients and team to facilitate accurate service bookings and timing.

- Manage appointment books and client database.

- Manage incoming and outgoing client communications on multiple channels.

- Open or close the salon.

- Work the entire team in delivering an exceptional experience for each guest from start to finish and in between.

- Work with team to ensure salon stays clean , organized, and stocked throughout the day.

- Maintain and oversee salon appearance, retail store, and guest waiting areas.

- Receive shipments and manage retail and back bar inventory management needs throughout the day.

- Assist in all new company launches, projects, and initiatives.
