The Barber Shop was broken into Friday night. With the quick response of JSO, the suspects were apprehended and charged. We are extremely grateful for our law enforcement men and women during these difficult times. With upmost respect, thank you for your commitment and service to our great city and communities 🖤💙🖤

A BIG thank you to all that came into the shop today!!! We appreciated being greeted with smiles and kind words! I know the mask/face cover and new shop operations are an inconvenience for some, but please be patient, hopefully this is only a temporary requirement...it’s not fun for us either, but we have to take care of each other! Grateful to see everyone happy and healthy and if we all play a responsible role, we will get some normalcy back sooner than later. Peace and blessings to all ❤️

Face covering is required while in the barber shop.

Please use hand sanitizer provided upon entering and exiting the shop.

A sign in sheet will be provided upon your arrival. We ask that you wait away from the front door or in your car. You will be called when a chair is open.

Please sit in the first available chair to reduce wait time for other customers.

Do not bring guests (including children) inside the shop that are not getting a haircut.

We are not offering beard and/or mustache grooming until further notice.

Customers over 60, retirees and those with underlying heath conditions are encouraged not to visit during peak hours such as early morning (between 8:30-10) and during lunch hours (11:30-1).

If you are displaying any type of cold symptoms, you will be refused service.

If you have had a cough, fever, been around someone exhibiting these symptoms or living with someone who is sick or quarantined, please leave for the safety of others.



We know that many of you are eager to get a haircut, however there are many factors that have to be considered before opening. Our health, the safety of our families and customers has been, and will continue to be our first priority.

With the latest update from the Department of Business and Professional Regulation regarding “enhanced safety protocol”, we have established new operating procedures. Although allowed, we will not be able to open Monday due to work and preparation that we must do to ensure you a clean healthy environment.

The barbershop will be professionally sanitized prior to opening and barber stations will be cleaned and disinfected after every customer. This process may take longer than usual, but please be patient, as we are required by law to to this.

We will make every effort possible to reopen

In regards to the COVID-19 virus, the Barber Shop will continue to follow the “stay at home” Order issued by our State and local leaders, as well as the recommendations from Center of Disease Control and the Department of Public Health and remain TEMPORARILY CLOSED. In this industry, social distancing is nearly impossible and currently hair services are not permitted. We will reopen as soon as it is deemed safe to do so.

We understand that you likely need a haircut.... so do we!!! But please keep in mind, that we too have been deeply impacted by this pandemic. Everyone’s health situations and conditions are different, but all require consideration at this time. The well-being of ourselves, families and customers are too important for us to jeopardize.

This past week our world has been rocked by the spread of the COVID-19 virus. During this trying time, the health of our families and customers remain our top priority. Everyone’s public health needs and conditions are different and we want to play a constructive role by taking responsible actions, guided by the Center of Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), Department of Public Health and our local, state and public officials. The Barber Shop at Grove Park is temporary closed.

There is a lot of uncertainty right now, but know we will reopen as soon as it is deemed safe to do so by our city leaders. We appreciate each and every one of you and look forward to seeing you soon.

Due to the recent forecast of severe weather, the Barber Shop will be closed through Wednesday, September 4th. Reopen date will hopefully be Thursday, but undetermined due to potential impact and/or area power outages from the storm. The safety of our families and homes are our highest priority, much like it is yours. Everyone please be safe and vigilant! ☮️❤️🙏🏻

The Barber Shop will be closed Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day. Much like you, we are closely monitoring the potential weather conditions of Hurricane Dorian. With the possibility of inclement weather, the shop may be open on a reduced schedule Tuesday and temporarily closed on Wednesday.
