SUMMARY
Video Editing Intern needed in Janesville, WI. Intern will help in creating high-quality Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in which videos to be a part of. The SOPs will be used during the training process of employees. They should be able to use their skills to help create informative, easy-to-understand and visually appealing SOPs, including videos. The intern position will work directly with the Training Assistant on development and presentation of content. The Video Editing Intern will use Microsoft Office and video editing software tools to produce the final product.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
May include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Be available 40 hours/per week (Monday through Friday) during time off of school, and an agreed upon schedule during the months school is in session. Typical daily schedule: 7am-4pm. $18/hr.
•Desired computer skills: Microsoft Office and Video Editing Software (example: Wondershare Filmora).
•Aid in development of Standard Operating Procedures (verbiage, picture, and video) related to Safety, Quality, Waste and Production.
•Ability to work with others, including hourly staff, supervision, and office staff.
•Required PPE: Eye and ear protection, safety shoes, possible: bump cap, protective sleeves and gloves.
•Transportation required.

We're spreading the word about expanding broadband access throughout Rock County. The State of Wisconsin will be receiving approximately $1 billion in federal BEAD funds for broadband access, particularly in rural areas. Eligibility for funding is based upon broadband speed.

👉 Our Dog Care Department has one 28-hour/week part-time Dog Care Assistant position open. Dog Care Assistants help to provide care to the dogs of HSSW.

👉 Our Development Department has one seasonal 32-hour/week Camp Counselor position open. The Camp Counselor will be responsible for carrying out our Camp Unleashed sessions this summer.

👉 Our Administration Department has one 20-hour/week part-time Administrative Assistant position open. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Administration Department, primarily the Shelter Services Director.

Their experience ended in the Sheriff's control room and a tour of the holding areas, before heading back to their respective departments for more activities.
