My next Event! I love this event it's a great weekend for the whole family! Krush and Krash will be available in multiple sizes and colors for thevent along with dragons, and loch ness monsters, the much loved pop it mushrooms, bees and so many more friends! So come out with the family, enjoy games, sword fights, music and find a new friend or two!

Krush the Dino coming soon! I am picking testers THIS week! Release in TWO weeks. Here is he made using 3 different yarn sizes and hook sizes. Hi fellow crafters! Welcome to The Fabled Hatchery. I make finished products but one of my favorite things to do is also write and design crochet patterns. So, if you are a crocheter this sales post is for you. Today is release day for my newest pattern Avalon the Loch Ness Monster! The pattern includes: Avalon the Loch Ness Monster, Hopper her Companion (this is a no sew frog that you can ONLY get with Avalon's pattern), The Adventures with Vel and Quill: Avalon's Story (I have started writing stories with each of my patterns about their adventures and how they came to The Fabled Hatchery and include PDF's of their stories with their patterns), you will also get a pdf copy of Avalon's favorite snack The Waterlily (this is also the free part of the pattern that is on my Instagram with the plant pot, each new pattern has a new plant top with it)

Avalon the Loch Ness Pattern will be available July 25! This is a fun and quick pattern to work up. The pattern pack comes with Avalon, Hopper and Avalon's Story. Her favorite treat is the waterlily and the pattern for that will be free here on my Instagram.

Crochet Tester Call! The Hatchery's newest friend Avalon the Loch Ness Monster is ready to play with new friends. Her favorite snack is the Water Lilly and she even brought Hopper along to introduce to everyone. She loves to play games and pranks just so you are forewarned...unlike Quill was. So If you would like to read Avalon's story, test our making your own Avalon and making sure she has a friend and snacks for your adventures together then:

What I need from you
1. Go through and make Avalon and Hopper and the Water Lilly at least once each in any yarn.
2. Make any notes of mistakes (bc adhd I often mistyped or forget something) or something that isn't clarified well
3. Read Avalons story and let me know if you like it or not, don't worry about proofreading and Grammer I have someone foe that.
4. Take photos and be willing to post and share and tag me please

I will pick testers July 17, testers will have all pdfs by the 18, I am needing feedback no later than 24 b3cause I want to release July 26th.

All set up for Patriots Day Festival in Bluff City TN.

Attention fellow Hatcheries we will be in Bluff City this coming weekend, come enjoy fun for the whole family and find a friend to adopt from us. I've heard there will be more baby dragons available.

The Fabled Hatchery Wall crochet corner is coming along. QUILL and I love finding all kinds of treasures trinkets to add to the wall. This weekend at the Summer Soltice we added a leather notebook from a vendor, a mini ink pot and travler kit from Into the Mystic, a couple of hair pins, some vanilla incense from Holy Smokes and beautiful preserved creature from our amazing Bug Lday!

Thank you for a great launch of The Fabled Hatchery officially and for everyone who stopped by and hung out. We sold 4 patterns of Quill the Dragon today!!! I'm super excited for that.

The Hatchery Plants, the base pot will always be the same, each Hatchery Friend and Companion will jave thier own plant. And Quill the Dragon's fave is sunflowers!

We will have lots stuffed animials up for adoption, we will have Harchery First Aid Kits, Crochet Hooks and some Felt eyes. We will also be trinket trading ad well, my triket fairy dropped off some new trinkets for trading. Also I will be doing story time with Quills story a couple of times Saturday and Sunday at The Fabled Hatchery. So stop by, trinket trade, hear a story, pick up supplies and a new companion for your own adventures

The time has arrived to announce just a bit of what we have going on at our upcoming Summer Solstice. Our music lineup will include; The Jacobites By Name, The Wild Blue YonderBand, Julie Blue, and last but not least, Chris Long. There will be fun for all ages!

We will also be having a judged Highland games on Saturday (Pre-register to receive a T-shirt) open participation demonstrations on Sunday, to a of crafts and food.

The Watauga Historical Association will be helping people with their genealogy and Everblade Academy will be hosting a spear and shield tournament on Saturday, as well as gladiatorial combat demonstrations on Sundays. If you got to come out to the Newport Ren Faire last weekend you got to meet Quill! Well the secret is out for everyone else. With the rebrand and creation of The Fabled Hatchery I created my new logo with my companion and worked on making Quill available for all. So the first official pattern for The Fabled Hatchery is Quill the mini dragon. He is already with my testers and so keep an eye out here for photos and new videos coming up on TT. I am planning for a June 14th release, but will update if that changes!
