Master Chick Mathis: What a pleasant surprise! At the "competition experience" in Ft. Walton Beach Saturday, this lovely woman, Geneva, introduced me to her daughter, Sophie. Geneva had been a student of mine when she was a little girl in Montgomery, AL, over 20 years ago!
"It was such a honor to be there with you all today. I'm just grateful that my daughter has the opportunity to learn and develop under your and Master Fleming's tutelage. It's a practice and community that had and is having a lasting impact in our lives. I appreciate you and this legacy!"
