Three members of the Vermont State University Johnson Softball program were honored by the North Atlantic Conference Thursday afternoon for their efforts during the 2023-2024 season.
First year Badger, Taylor Reddick, who was named to the All-NAC First Team, had a monumental first season with the team. Over the course of the spring campaign, Reddick led the team from both sides of an at-bat, with a thunderous .343 batting average and team-best ERA.
Joining her for all 23 games this season was sophomore utility player, Audrey Tembreull. Providing power and consistency at the plate, Tembreull posted .311 and .393 batting and slugging percentages, respectively. Tembreull was the only Badger to manage multiple three-hit games this season.
Rounding out the softball honorees was senior teammate, Emily Ward, receiving an All-NAC Sportsmanship Team distinction, reserved for conference athletes who exemplify integrity, fair play, and the ideals of sportsmanship on the court. Go Badgers!
