Why are so many dealing with weight issues? What’s the deal with these last 40 to 50 years that it’s normal to have a little weight? Why do I think it’s such an issue now?🧐
1️⃣ Monsantos Chemicals (especially glycophate sprayed crops)
2️⃣ Seed Oils — Canola, Saflower, & Sunflower are TOXIC

Even when I don’t have a sitter for Harper, I make it a top priority to get some kind of workout in because I know how much better I feel. Some of my favorite at-home workouts are just with 10-15 pound hand weights, resistance bands, + rebounding.

Combine Your Food Properly For Weight Loss🪄
In the late 80s, I read “Fit for Life” by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond, and it was a game-changer for my health. The principles are simple, yet powerful, and I still follow them daily.
🍎Eat Fruit Alone (especially melons)*
🍕Don’t Mix Starches & Proteins
🥛Skip Conventional Dairy
Why?
🍎Fruit digests very quickly. When combined with other foods, it can cause bloating, gas & weight issues. *Exception: Smoothies are “predigested” through blending, allowing you to add chia seeds, protein powder, etc. However, it’s important to “chew“ your smoothie, taking in the nutrients slowly for better digestion.
🍕Starches & Proteins together are tough to digest. Better digestion leads to more effective healing and easier weight loss.
🥛Humans can’t digest dairy properly. It essentially rots in the GI tract, leading to fat storage, cellulite, high inflammation, and serious digestive issues like IBS.
Try just one of these tips for a few weeks and see how you feel. You might find yourself slimming down more easily than you ever imagined! This approach is also great for reducing cellulite, as better digestion helps eliminate toxins more efficiently.

I use my foam roller every single morning without fail. Just 5 to 10 minutes to help wake up my bod, work thru any stiffness, scar tissue, + knots, & increase blood flow. I also use it to prevent cellulite. 😳
Tip: Roll all over your abdomen on an empty stomach in the morning. This helps flatten your belly, works out any tummy knots, + keeps your intestinal track nice and supple. This is great for period cramps, too! 🙌

Just revisited one of my all-time favorite reads: “The Wisdom of Florence Scovel Shinn.” This early 1920s classic reminds us that our words are our wands, and everything we say to ourselves and others is a prophecy. Our words hold immense power and shape our reality.
