Amp up your exercises by adding weight💪🏼
✨While you can get an efficient workout using bodyweight, adding weights gives your muscle an extra challenge.
✨Adding dumbbells to your squats or lunges helps make your bodyweight moves more effective
✨Dumbbells also promote coordination and stability for muscles and joints!
Being disciplined is very important when starting your workout journey💪🏼
Try to set goals for yourself like working out 3 times a week, that will force and motivate you to workout.
Doing so allows you to make a commitment to yourself and falling through on that commitment without having someone tell you what to do!

✔️Take TIME for yourself. Stress is a big impact on forming unhealthy eating habits and gaining weight. Focus some time on yourself by doing some meditation, walking, or even journaling. Forming healthy habits helps not only your mindset but your body as well.✨
