This class is open to Massage Therapists, Doulas and Health Care professionals who want to acquire the skills to help provide comfort to pregnant women. Also open to pregnant women and couples who want skills to help with prenatal comfort, labor support and post partum recovery.

A gentle but effective massage for the mother to be, nurturing the whole body and targeting the areas most affected by pregnancy. In this workshop students will learn safety, anatomical changes, acupressure points to use and to avoid and massage techniques appropriate for all stages of pregnancy as well as contraindications.

Hawaiian Massage Spa Sampler with or without 2 hour Red Cross Adult and Infant CPR May 18-19 2024

This weekend Workshop meets all 12 CE hours required by the Hawaii Board of massage for License renewal. The board will only accept hours held in a state approved massage school or with an NCBTMB approved provider for the massage hours.

The first aid or CPR hours have to be with either the American Red Cross or AHA. All the hours in my classes count toward your renewal.

You earn 10 NCBTMB hours of massage training and 2 in person hours with a 2 year certification from the American Red Cross in Adult and Infant CPR if needed. This is a great option for outer island therapists who need CEs and want to fly to Oahu for the weekend or locals.

For therapists that do not need the CPR portion you can attend just the 10 NCBTMB hours of training and learn basic Lomi Lomi techniques, full body Hawaiian Hot stone techniques and a full body side lying Hawaiian Massage for pregnancy including, anatomy, contraindications and acupressure points to use and avoid in pregnancy for $375. You will be finished at 2:30pm Sunday May 19.

If you also need the CPR hours and certification you pay $435 for both classes earning all of your required CEs in one weekend and finish at 5pm Sunday May 19.
