Roots And All Gestalt Healing

We can't wait to see you at 6:30 pm tonight!

This has been one of the toughest lessons that I am still working on.

I am navigating allowing my feelings to be felt, honor them, and not become stuck in them.
Now, when my chest starts to feel heavy I sit with it, which is an accomplishment all in itself. Hehe. I listen for the message since the body speaks first and allow my brain to be quiet, no need to analyze and try to make sense of it. I will understand if I am quiet and patient.
And when I am done feeling what is present in the moment I focus on what I intend to have in my life and treat it as if it is already happening in order to keep moving forward.
I am not sure if this will always be the way I process, and for now I am able to be authentic so I will continue with it. :)

How do you allow your authentic feelings, without getting stuck?

I tried a thing...
I did it from memory based on a thing I saw on Pinterest.
It is definitely not what the video looked like... AND instead of getting down myself about how I failed I decided that this is a learning experience and next time I can try something different. At least Khanfident is cooler. Hehe.

A beautiful Gestalt afternoon.

Set Fear Aside.

I love this saying.
Set Fear aside isn't saying that fear is because love, courage, or anything else is lacking. It also isn't saying you have to turn it into any of those things.
It isn't saying to ignore that you are feeling scared, afraid, or terrified and all you have to do is push through.

It acknowledges and validates the fear. It is ok to feel scared, you don't have to pretend it doesn't exist. AND you don't have to live and stay stuck in it either. You can focus on that something more that draws you forward.
Fear can be a companion on your journey, and it doesn't have to be the driving force.
