Sometimes it can feel as though if we aren't perfect or if we can't do something perfectly, it's not worth doing.โฃโฃ
Sometimes, it's our imperfections that get us far, get the job done, or let the light in. โฃโฃ
What is an imperfection of yours that has shed light on your strengths?

To some extent, social media is a part of all of our lives at this point. Moderating something that was designed to draw you in can be so difficult.โฃโฃ
Try these tips, especially if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or depressed. โฃโฃ
Also try engaging in therapy - work with your therapist on how to make technology and social media "work" for you, so you don't "work" for it.
Equine Assisted Therapy - What is it?โฃโฃ
EAT using the Eagala model involves a team of four members: the client(s), a licensed credentialed mental health professional, a certified equine specialist, and the heard of horses.โฃโฃ
All of the work is done from the ground with the horses front and center and allowed to interact with the client as they wish.โฃโฃ

๐๐ช๐ด๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ง๐ณ๐ข๐ฏ๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ด๐ฆ๐ฅ ๐จ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ง is a term relating to the phenomenon of feeling deprived of being able to grieve. This could be due to your grieving process not matching what society deems "socially acceptable", when the loss is seen as "too small" or the relationship as "too distant", or when there is stigma around the loss (such as mental health issues or su***de). โฃโฃ

In response to the recent tragedies that the Flathead Valley Community has experienced, we at Spot To Talk are committed to providing accessible services to those who have been impacted by these events. We recognize that there is currently a need for Mental Health Services for our community members ranging from schools, to families, to individuals who are looking for support. As a team, we dream one day that schools will have at least one mental health professional present on campuses to work with parents, staff members, and students without the barriers of time, transportation, and insurance requirements. But, for now, we are opening complimentary support hours on Wednesday's and Thursday's where you can schedule a 30 minute support video-call with one of our mental health professionals with the hope of increasing access to those in need. If you are interested in scheduling a support call or if you would like more information about bringing mental health services to a school campus, you can reach us at [email protected].
If you are in need of immediate support please call 1-800-273-TALK (8255), text 741741 or 911 in a true emergency.โฃ
