Today we installed our new GE Smart Chiller! This was another big step in our goal to make The Ambassador Building more energy efficient.

Every now and then we love making people happy with something other than real estate - yesterday it was with two signed The Kansas City Chiefs jerseys!
We raffled them off to tenants at The Ambassador Building and we are excited to congratulate our two winners, Christine and Dirk.

Energy efficiency is a top priority here at the Ambassador Building. In June of 2022, we received an Energy Star Performance score of 74, landing us 29% higher than the national median.

Management is excited to announce the commencement of the exterior window repair project. These repairs will provide protection and prevention against any moisture entering the building and will leave the exterior of the building clean and sparkling. Estimated completion of this project is September 2022.

CALLING ALL FOOD TRUCKS!!!

If you or someone you know owns/operates a food truck in Kansas City, MO PLEASE tag them in this post.

We are looking to provide a food truck for our tenants and their employees. The building offices over 400 employees each day. We are not looking for compensation, we simply would like to provide an amenity for our tenants and their employees.

Meet Your New Office 1 Mile Away from KCI!

Thank you to all of our loyal tenants! 2021 was a great success. We converted the entire building and parking lots to LED lighting, completed the Micro Market, replaced the South and East Parking Lots, installed a new Building Management System and HVAC System, restored the Terrazzo Flooring in the lobby, and successfully added two new tenants bringing the building's occupancy to almost 77%.

We are geared up for 2022 and have already completed 1 of our 4 major additions planned for 2022. The Coffee Bar is fully operational and open for business! Next on our list is the addition of a Gym, and a Full Service Conference Center, and a Lobby Renovation. (Pics below)
