Crisi is the founder of KC Curly, a large-scale natural hair photo shoot aimed at celebrating and embracing the inherent beauty of women of color as they were naturally created. Look what's coming up! Our neighbor and friend, Anna Goodwin, will guide us in painting two classic summer delights in one masterpiece: daisies and ladybugs. Who doesn't get excited when they see a ladybug that might just bring them good luck?!?! And daisies - they stand tall, their blooms are long-lasting, and once they are well established, they don't need to be watered! The daisies you paint won't need watering either ... so bring a friend or make a friend .... June 22nd!
